"Bosou" is a signature dish for Kadazandusun people. The smell is strong, yet the taste is uniquely delicious. The main ingredient in making bosou known as pangi (Dusun Language).
In the past, according to the elders it has become a practice by postnatal mother to eat bosou because it's believed can increase the production of breast milk. However please consult your doctor before consuming this food during your confinement.
Bosou are usually served as a side dish with white rice.
